Pitch & Pour, Summer 2025 - Adult Ticket
Like all great ideas, Pitch & Pour was conceived while drinking a little too much wine. We decided that we wanted to put on a wine tasting event that was different – one that wasn’t stuffy or pompous, but instead focused on gathering people together in the great outdoors for a fun, relaxed, and sociable journey through some of the best wines around. Thirty-six of them, to be exact (including three sparkling wines to get everyone in the mood).
At our secluded woodland campsite near Ashurst in West Sussex, you’ll find plenty of space to pitch your tents / campervans, and a good level of facilities including hot showers, toilets, fire pits, a BBQ area with equipped with coals and lighters – plus a spring-fed pond, treehouse, and family of super-friendly goats in the neighbouring field. Those with little ones in tow can book their kids into a feed-the-goats session chaperoned by farmer Ian, who’s a fount of knowledge about the inquisitive Boer goats of his native South Africa.
If you fancy making a weekend of it, you can now gain early access to the campsite on the Friday night – simply select 'ADD FRIDAY CAMPING' below before checking out (Adults £25 / Children £10). You’ll also be given the option of preordering chilled wine ready for your arrival at the campsite, so keep your eyes peeled for a follow-up email from us nearer the time with order info and joining instructions.
